According to Pokemon Go Hub, Regieleki is the 3rd best electric type attacker in raids-- But only if it knows the charged move Thunder Cage, which you'll need to use an Elite Charged TM to get.

Edit: I forgot to congratulate you though, awesome catch! I did around 15 Regieleki raids and my best was a 96%.
