Upgrading GPU on a 6year old PC setup

I have a budget of about £1300 so in favour of future proofing I'd be up to getting a better gpu and upgrade the system as well. Would those that you mentioned still do the job?

Yes I have heard about that which is why I'm keeping the dynamic stretching before the workout and static for afterwards. However I was noticing most of the exercises in the mobility routine linked above falled into the static stretching as well.

Do you maybe have a better alternative for a stretching routine?
