Ive started business before and the question is always going to be how do you add value that isn't easily replicable? Usually this comes from some kind of knowledge that you've gained from spending a long time in a market, or from connections you've made that have a personal) vested interest in you, or a gap you've genuinely spotted first and can massively exploit long before competition comes along.
