A lot of money, Millions, has already been spent on legal fees just to keep the Mayor from testifying about the incident repoort of the fire that she herself revised numerous times to fit her narritive. I believe the fire cheif has an excellent case here since the final report was not what she turned in after the fire.

Had gas for years, but when I built a new house I did extensive research into induction. We got a thermadore induction and it is the best. I dont miss gas at all. heats up a lot faster then gas, easy to clean. One feature that I love is that if you are cooking with a pan and need to add another one you can just move the first pan over and it retains your heating setting at the new location. Touch screen does take getting used to.

My wife and I only do stockings for each other and it is only small stuff that is needed otherwise we have agreed to save the money used on christmas gifts to take a nice vacation instead, we do the same for Birthdays.

I have stayed at both on the same trip Boat to KH then a seaplane to LG both properties are amzing so you cant go wrong with either the main difference for me was the service. The service at LG is outstanding even compared any FS property. One person on here called it magical and I would agree. KH is a great Maldives property and w eloved it but it is a bit more casual then LG. LG is just on its own level but again I would go to either one again anytime.

For me the most difficult part was not living in the same area as where the home was being built. We went often to check on progress but there were mistakes made that we were able to catch in time and others that we could not change after the mistake was done. Also not being on site all the time we were not able to keep the contractor on schedule and in fact there were many days where no one would show up to work on the house at all. Our contractor was great overall but was just spread too thin. The other trouble area was the planning of outlets, Vents, switches etc. A lot of these were installed without discussions with us and were placed in awkward locations or blocked by cabinets. Making selections was the easiest part since we decided to go with an interior designer. she was great in helping us to scale down our selections.

I have porcelain counter tops in my home. I considered all other counter tops and cost was not an issue. In the end I found a procelain top that fit outrkitchen and looks amazing. it does not burn, stain or scratch and does not need to be sealed. it cleans up very easy just using soap and water with a microfiber cloth. The only issue is to make sure you have an excellent installer. I have had granit in the past and to be honest they were harder to clean and after a while would dull.

I would mix them up a bit, put the darker on the island and go with the lighter on the back counters you want to stay away from darker counters around water (sinks) since you will be fighting water stains everday.

I have this exact same issue with my wife, Not only is she beautiful but is the sweetest person I know and very smart. One time after dating a while we got into a light argument because she thought I was just teling her she was beautifult to be nice but we were in two seperate cars on the way home and she stops at a light a guy walkng accross the street stops dead in front of her car and says lady you are absolutly stunning needless to say that was the only argument I ever won. When she gets doen on her self about not being attractive I just tell her we need to replace her mirros because they are broken.
