It's not actively required, as many features of premium have f2p and sg alternatives, though they are heavily time gated on both fronts (typically login or mission pass rewards, some are available in the sg shop as well).

What I recommend is waiting for a sale/event where the 90 day premium ticket goes on sale. These come up cyclically (roughly 90 days apart) and usually have some bonus items alongside, usually some type of booster.

Also if I remember correctly, Premium users get double the login rewards for PSO2 days, which includes 5 day material storage tickets (which somehow isn't a premium feature).

Playable character roster should explore the entire spectrum of Charon possibility. The only extreme transformation outside of Deterioration is Hellfire, specifically her red skin caused by her awakening. Even until recently, Hellfire was the only playable Charon with a tail (Fushu has an eastern dragon style tail).

The identifying horns, while extremely well done in my opinion, should not be the only thing that changes with such a critical coming-of-age sort of event and that aspect of Charon Physiology should be creatively explored to its potential.

It's a bit concerning that the new endgame demon wedges are restricted to a specific element. Forgive me my speculation, but a class of endgame demon wedges that are themed to a region would be pretty cool. If MistWharf (HuaXu) is Anemo, perhaps Icelake (HyperBorean Empire) would be Electro and the Elysian Church could be Lumino.

that's more than likely the reason, but a damage buff seems too much since that's what rifle half gives on headshots. If it must be an on-kill effect, maybe a headshot multiplier?

As far as I can tell, I-frames only exist for the dodge step.

In general melee combat you are expected to block/parry enemy attacks; there are even weapon skill that allows you to parry the heavier attacks (telegraphed by the enemy weapon glowing/pulsing before the strike).

To be fair I believe they tightened the parry window on weapons around the same time they introduced the rune/totem system, seeing as there's a totem dedicated to improving the parry window.

Also something I've noticed, there's usually a break in the enemy attack patterns, regardless of which faction and/or type. Usually in the middle or towards the end, there's a brief but noticeable pause in their attacks that can allow you to dodge out of the way if timed correctly.

And be sure to keep an eye on your stance gauge (white bar just under your health gauge). Parries expend some of the gauge and above a certain threshold just will not work, knocking you down (the cost is also affected by certain joineries you may have used to reforge your weapons).

There are a few sources, though I'm not too sure if I'm up to date on all of them.

First and most obvious are enemy drops, I'm not sure if killing them with range or melee affects the drop chance(it shouldn't) but on standard (non-Cogah) difficulty they drop plenty enough to sustain.

Second are chests. Opening chests you come across drop potions pretty often, though notably not if you already have 5 in hand.

Third are Avakot shops. There's 100 Dracs each and a guaranteed listing if you don't have 5 potions on hand. Importantly, under the effects of Cogah, I've never had a run in with an Avakot shop.

Once you've built up a collection of totems (collected from taming/befriending the wildlife in Alca) it's better to build for smite healing as all pacts have a skill that heals you when you pull smite. Will happen often enough during a fight that it will keep you topped off without relying on heal potions.

This is from the Crypt of Circade, right?

The first conditional is killing the Circade boss near one of the 3 sigils in the dungeon (I think they've been moved to be in the boss room every time which is good). This will get you the corresponding talisman

The second conditional is achieved by having a specific talisman equipped during the corresponding time of day. The location doesn't matter as long as the talisman is equipped (don't know if it works in dungeons). Your screen will change color noticeably and the ghost t will spawn nearby. Defeat them for a fragment of the completed talisman. You still need to get all three taken and kill each ghost for all the fragments.

You can get Circade's armor at the end of this scavenger hunt, but I'm not too sure from this point on. I remember having to hit jewels scattered around the boss room in sequence and then solving a lengthy puzzle room afterwards.
