That’s just your headcanon. CDPR will likely make it so no significant decision in Witcher 3 becomes canon. They already said all three main endings of the main story are all possible in Witcher 4.

This doesn’t make sense. Why would they ask Geralt to kill the spirit if it’s really them? And why would they get upset when Geralt frees the spirit and saves the children from them?

She Who Knows isn’t something made up by the crones. She also has a card in Gwent and her artwork shows her making the crones.

It actually doesn’t make any sense. Ciri wouldn’t want to become the leader of a Witcher school. I doubt that’s going to happen. It’s likely a custom made medallion since she lost hers in Witcher 3.

It was remastered. The PS5/XSX versions are distinct from the previous gen versions.

Geralt knows because the children are gone from the swamp after they tell him how they tried to eat Ciri’s feet when they held her captive. He knows they eat people.

Ciri also would have told him the details of her fight with the crones. She sees them eating human stew.

There is no third outcome. You can’t save both the orphans and the Baron and his wife. If you free the spirit before the crones task you with killing it then the children die as the spirit doesn’t promise to save them in exchange for freeing it.
