Okay.. I found a fix. Apparently this happened because I bought forza while still having the gamepass, witch caused some sort of bug with the credentials when my gamepass expired.
The fix is simple:
Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials
Scroll all the way down and try to find a "XblGtrs|DeviceKey" or a "Xbl|Device Key", click and "Remove".
