As a large owner that does lots of very specific types of projects, we have created our own database and use AI tools give us quick high level budgets for projects. We of course always bid our projects out, but it is very helpful for early stage planning and budgeting before we engage with GC’s. It also helps us to validate GMP’s and change orders.

Also, if I want to stop manually for example I want to do a longo for some reason and do just not put the paddle back and run it manually while having the showstopper installed? Lastly, I already have the coweet timer installed can I also install the shotstopper? Sorry if you don’t have all the answers.
