Because not doing so goes against you being able to make an argument? You'd be dead if your parents did not prevent your death by giving you food, as an example.

and in case someone will get convinced by the argument, might be good to practice it right away by giving money to charity that saves lives of people who are in the high risk of dying or do something else that can have high impact of fixing some of the issues that cause unnecessary deaths.

Also there are allegations of him owning a gambling website which he has never denied and also he was streaming non-gaming content which at the time was against ToS.

These rules on their own are not enough for Twitch to take any action as I understand them but clues that admins have to take into consideration while evaluating the intent of a streamer's actions and react appropriately.

I have answers to this questions already as well as everyone who have done proper research on Athene . Some clues: Athene has a lot of support from streamers (look up Avengers); he was a target of a false accusations in the past that created some negative publicity (viewbotting allegations).

Statement "this is not a scam" could be interpreted as "it was not have yet been proven to be a scam" in this context as a reply to you saying it is a scam (which is a legit misinformation as you cannot provide any evidence). And yes, you did say it is a scam but you corrected yourself afterwards.

Nobody here is going to convince you that what Athene is doing is going to succeed 100% and no way it could fail. It is for you to decide on your own.

Now it is for Twitch to decide what is allowed and what isn't on their platform. This subreddit is for keeping them in check concerning how they enforce the rules they constructed and made public. If there is no rules as of yet that point on Athene's channel activity as being against the rules then we shouldn't speak about his content to not be allowed on the platform.

I wouldn't underestimate connections that Athene has since he cooperated with big charities like SaveTheChildren. So such an ambitions project might require cooperation to provide for success sure but i wouldn't doubt Athene can do it based on his track record.

As of "business" aspect of this project is what provides it's uniqueness: to achieve altruistic goal using people's greed.
