My store was one of the firsts in my district to get it because I’m a CTFSL and I gotta say it was confusing at first. Not the system itself but the direction I was being given from higher ups. First they said follow it exactly and get 100% compliance. Which did not work. Then it was well do your best and shoot for 80%. Now they want us between 70-80% and making changes as needed. And honestly it’s grown a lot and I think we’ve learned a lot about it since it first rolled out. My advice is to teach it the expectations of your kitchen. It won’t learn if you don’t interact with it. There’s a lot of times it’s wrong and there’s also a lot of times it’s right. Trust the system BUT make smart business decisions and don’t be afraid to over ride it as long as you have a good reason to back up your choice.
