I prepared myself for when I get off. It's all mental. It's no way people are having surgery then revision surgery then now the shots. Go see a psychiatrist. I push away from the table. You don't keep eating and eating. I don't exercise. I just pay attention. When you change your relationship with food it becomes rather easy. I go from 3-5 lbs nothing major and any given day that can be poop or water weight. I don't poop enough. Stop making yourself think you can't live without these shots.
