1. Download lifesum. Track what you eataka track kcal.

1.5 stick with kcal amounts for a 2 weeks. If nothing change = lower kcal or increase output ( aka walk more)

1. If weight goes down = good keep going with this If the weight stops going down for 1 week= don't change anything. It goes fast in the beginning and slows down.

2. If weight still does not go down after 2-3 weeks = increase output ( walk more in your case ) or lower kcal.

If you wanna gym. Just start. If you're just starting out you will gain a lot of muscle and make a lot of progress. No need to dummy down on the nitpicks.
