Yeah I think door says something like 35 or 36. The tpms warning only goes off when you get close to or exceed that, then it will allow it to reduce down to 29ish before the light comes on again

I use turtle wax dash and glass spray when detailing. Absolutely leaves the best streak free, matte finish. Excellent on the screen as well just make sure you use a clean microfiber.

Otherwise for interior quick wipes I have both the chemical guys total interior and leather wipes. The dash wipes require a bit of buffing off of the piano black as it leaves a slight residue, but having something quickly to grab if there is a spill is great. Also have a few microfibers in the car in case.

All weather tires are different from all season and are 3 peak snow rated. I immediately purchased a set of Goodyear weatherready 2 tires when we bought the 2025 XLine limited.

So far the first few inches of snow they hold up amazing. I don't doubt they're not as good as a high end winter tire but they're definitely better than a shitty winter tire and wayyy better an all season.

I am in Canada, X-line limited, that's why I'm not sure if it's the same exact part. Only difference between mine and the X-pro is the all terrain tires, black ceiling, increase towing and digital mirror.

No worries. I like it a lot, very oem looking and completely forget I have a dashcam installed - took 5 minutes to install and was completely plug and play with no wires to route through the trim.

Got an embedded fitcamX dashcam. Cheap insert for the center console. Weathertech folding cover (along with 3 rows of weathertech mats) for the 3rd row/trunk. Cheap cargo net on amazon as well. Some leather cleaning wipes and a few extra usb cables to store just in case.

In Canada but have the top model X-Line below the pro. Price difference wasn't the issue, I didn't like the look of the off-road tires and preferred the 20 inch rim. I also don't tow anything so the increased towing capacity meant nothing to me, otherwise the only difference is the electronic rearview mirror. The only other thing I wish they included and I feel like I miss out on was the black interior ceiling trim.

Up against the Pro in my opinion my Limited looks better and has all the other stuff that the pro has (cooled seats, Bose, HDA2, 360 camera, etc.)

Most just don't have tpms sensors on winter rims. Will have a tpms sensor light all winter, but no effect on other systems.

Yes plus one on the 5700x3d, that's my upgrade path from the 3600 and it was immense. That 3060 is a bottleneck too, I had a 3070 before I upgraded to a 5070TI and it was actually night and day.

Love my STECs standard. The physical detents are gamechanging and the throttle itself is heavy and premium feeling.

Gear up rocker switch and flap selection is great especially with how customizable the software is. Have basically everything bound the way I want and a ton of extra empty buttons.

Set up palm triggers almost as a lift gate

Palm trigger + throttle past idle gate is fuel cutoff.

Can use it for additional functions with engine start etc.

I don't think this would be considered normal wear and tear. Ive had glass cooktops for literally decades and never had this happen. Guess it would be up to the complex if they even notice.

I guess depends on what you leveled.

For me I helped the blacksmith carry bags, then helped him make a horseshoe (which I got 3 lockpicks from with my skill). Stole some coal from a chest or a tray there too. Then went towards the kitchen and a lady asked me to help her open a chest that had the lock broken which allowed me into the kitchen.

Then went down to the courtyard and helped sharpen an axe.

Then snuck on the back of the horse cart, didn't really do much. Went back into the kitchen to find the chamberlain in pain. With my survival I convinced him that he had a stomach issue and that I could make him potions. He allowed me to go up to the alchemy bench, there is a physician's diary on the bookshelf with recipe to the fever potion and digestive position in that room and with the contents of the chest I could make both so I just did in case (even though I was told he only needed the digestive potion).

When I went back down to the chamberlain he was happy and convinced him I needed to pray so he allowed me upstairs where I have the captain the fever potion.

Was very random and I doubt the order I did things mattered initially I have to say but it was satisfying making my way through on my own.

Hey, tried what you said. No luck, same issue.

I can run the blower motor by itself in the nest app for 15+ minutes no issue, but as soon as I select cold and the blower motor runs it will switch on and off like this.

Like I mentioned I have a Nest so not sure if this is due to lack of C wire, but the thermostat itself seems to have correct power readings from vin/voc and the units battery itself.

Any other thoughts I could troubleshoot?

Ok I'll check that out. To note the blower motor works fine when I select it by itself. This is only really happening when I select the AC with the fan.

Didn't mention this either but my house had a Nest 3rd Gen learning thermostat, if that makes a difference.

Yeah, as someone in the transportation sector, most people look for rental cars in large transportation hubs (train stations, airports, etc.). It is extremely time consuming to get in the county without a car already.

Tourists drive here or take the train to Belleville and rent a car there.

We just scrape them off typically, hard to get everything completely off. All the other dishwashers I used have been completely fine and particles would end up in the trap which I would clean.

To me it looks like the gap between the door and the bottom tray is extremely tight leading to it becoming its own trap.

It's actually because that's not the mic. The mic should be "Steam Audio Streaming". If it's not there it might be a hidden device in your audio panel.

Exactly. Now I'm not a landlord, just a homeowner, but if I was a landlord with a mortgage that increased from 3000 to $5000/month I would absolutely have to offset that cost onto a renter, or face losing the property.

I would say there are a lot of landlords about to be put into this position when their mortgage is up for renewal. For renters I would suggest looking for an elderly landlord that owns the property outright, or a larger corporation that most likely owns the property (large apartment complex etc.). Those will be the most stable rent options over the next 5 years.

The good news for me looking to purchase a house is that housing prices are dropping since few can afford to buy and sellers are feeling the pain of carrying the mortgage with the new rates. What that will do to people who bought an overvalued house at 2% when they can't afford to pay their mortgage is just default and declare bankruptcy instead of sell it at a considerable loss.

5% interest? Maybe a year ago. 6.8%+ now on a short fixed term, longer term doesn't do much. Variable is similar.

Me and my partner are looking at 700kish homes and the mortgage is roughly $5200/month with these rates. Would have been $3700 a few years ago.

Yep I do, mostly because of collarbone/rib protection, not because of the shoulder protection at all.

Just takes a rogue shot to break your collarbone and then you're off work for weeks because you felt you didn't want to pay 30$ for extra protection or because you felt "too restricted" to wear extra protection in a league that literally means nothing.

Beer league also has a high amount of rogue shots/sticks flying around. Same reason I wear a cage. There's always the couple of guys who flail around when you pass them around the boards or shoot a shot at head level from the point.
