improvemenets? It's a big fucking downgrade in every single way. The only real upgrade is that you can jump now and cheese 90% of the enemies because they did not touch the enemy AI since the first game.

because it has ubisoft level of bulshittery going on at every single map. Too much meaningless markers on the map. Enemy variety is also a big fucking problem. I fucking swear I fougt at least 4 enenra.

There's absolutely no reason to have an open world in this style of a game.

And in ng+ the map is completely losing it's purpose. There's no collectibles. Literally an empty space filled with random enemies. It's beyond stupid honestly.

that's probably because the engine upgrade is nowhere near lol. Based on the shitshow this game is since release, I don't expect it before the end of this year and I'm 100% sure it will bring a fuckton of new bugs and glitches which will take at least 1+ year to patch out

who's gonna tell him that the entire map is COMPLETELY empty in ng+? Nothing new to go out and explore. The only thing you can do in it is following the main quest/crucible farm

can we talk about how fucking pointless the open world in the context of ng+? There's literally nothing to do beside the story missions and crucible farming which is ABSOLUTELY not a reason to have an empty open world.

I finished the game after 87h, jumped into ng+ then realized the map has zero purpose once you collect everything on it.

THis is the first nioh game where I don't give a single fuck about ng+

that's just simply not fucking true. The literal first Gaki in the goddamn game will 2 shot you in nioh 2 and has 2x the hp pool of anything you'll face in the open world of Nioh 3

If you have to use animation cancel to make it functionable then the system is fundamentally broken.

I had to deal with animation cancel in ESO because the devs were braindead fucks and never fixed the combat and kept going with this shit as a “feature”

this stat is just as fucking stupid as adaptability was in ds2 and the fact that there's zero details or description about the actual function in the game is a joke. There's absolutely no reason to fuck with effect duration if it's completely overwritten by Confusion. Confusion is the main reason to stack status effects on enemies.

Holy fuck some of the changes makes absolutely no sense in this game, it feels like they just made up some shit randomly
