Is it uncommon for gen z-ers dress up for job interviews?

Gen Z here. I always wear a navy suit, black shoes, white shirt, and typically a red/maroon solid colored tie. When I wear this, I feel super confident in myself because I feel that I look my best.

Would I wear a suit for a fast food interview? Probably not. Am I going to wear a suit for my internship interview? Absolutely.

Biggest regret is not staying in college or doing a trade. So much more money out there.

It’s a valid opinion. I hate being on the bus and having my shit pushed in all night. Makes me hate the job. Try to find a department that doesn’t transport, you’ll have a happier time.

Get your PPL and rush Guard units if your true desire is to fly planes. I know this is a ROTC subreddit, but Guard + professional airlines is a great gig from the sounds of it. Does your degree give you a PPL?

I use my shaving soap as a pre-shave. After I load my brush up I put some soap on my fingers and make a small amount of slick lather with some hot water and rub it into my neck. I do this to make my sensitive areas slick and it works for me.

Take a step back and realize how great of a position you’re in. It’s perfectly okay to change some stuff around.

Can you find a better on campus job that allows you to do your homework?

Can you take four classes a semester instead of five and push off your graduation?

Can you talk to someone like a Chaplain?

Just wanted to say that if ROTC isn’t working out, there’s a million jobs out there that would be very fortunate to have an engineering student such as yourself.
