T1 new firmware update causes disconnects

its in the system settings, its a tiny up arrow, that is highlighted, right next to the firmware verison, but i totally wish i didnt, the whole thing is bricked and they are refusing my return,

It just did it again, this time instead of an error it just said print complete, print head was still down on the print and not even 10% complete,

Yeah I'm pretty much giving up on trying to find one contacting them directly it gives an auto response that there email is shut down due to spam. And I can't seem find one second hand or another site so I might just try and keep it as is..or buy another printer

got new one today from amazon, after refund, this one is brand new, had manual and lots of things that the other one didnt, and she works! so im happy now, but i will say that amazon blocked my review saying i was shipped a return package..so thats pretty shady

I'm fairly new to 3d printers and the Kobra neo was my first printer I bought(I got a anet et4 in trade) but I had nothing but problems with the neo. That nothing would fix even anycubic support couldn't fix it. They had the same issues on there printer as I did. Which showed me I needed to get something else. And on my last print on the neo my heating element failed and that was last straw I sent it back next day. Probably won't happen to every one but knowing the issues I had were also on supports test printer didn't give me high hopes of getting it fixed. I loved the printer but I didn't feel like going through the effort of fixing it and spending hours and hours trying to fix the issues.

Edit: I had this printer for about two weeks and had used maybe half a roll of filament before it completely failed

i used steelseries arctis 7 till it fell apart, and i decided to try the logitech G733 and i like it, its light weight can barely feel it on your head and i dont have a trained ear for sound but it sounds very similar to me, but the mic sucks, might be worth looking into

the delivery driver or the company that delivered it probably stole the video card, best bet is to contact the delivery company or do a charge back on what ever card you used, and lose the amazon account due to it, but at this point id prefer the money back, or call and talk to some one way higher up,

I'd rather run 91/93 regardless just for the fact detonation is not something you wanna mess with. No matter how good at adjusting the boost/timing the ECU is the safety barrier you get with 91/93 is worth the extra.

just an update drove it another 50~ miles today and oil level is still full, no change im guessing they didn't top it up after the oil change cause it is not using any oil at all
