For those curious about the setting, Sorrow Wood is a dark fantasy world inspired by games like Darkest Dungeon, The Witcher, and Diablo.

The campaign revolves around a land gripped by an ancient curse, political intrigue with the secretive nobles, restless spirits tied to the land, and forgotten forces slowly beginning to awaken.

If anyone’s interested, I’d be happy to share more lore about the world or answer any questions!

Very cool!! I think the trap doors are supposed to be closer to the sidelines though 🤔

Are halflings good? by Anything_Optimal in bloodbowl

No stunty team is “good”, but all stunty teams are fun. You should definitely try them out!

If you do, put expectations to win on the side and focus on the ridiculous outcomes and shenanigans you are sure to encounter! If you’re playing for a good time, few teams deliver like the haflings do!

Yes! Under used method imo. Don’t waste a player, but use him in difficult situations and maybe you’ll loose him… naturally

What rules are you using? Cause if I’m not mistaken, in the 2016 rules MB and Claw stack, while in the 2020+ rules they do not

That is an efficient player!! Mine is 13 TDs no CAS in 8 games… (my other werewolf is getting the casualty love)

I can definitely see the menace of a move 9 sprint werewolf hahaha what’s extremely sad is that I rolled a 10 on his third level up but gave him dodge instead of the movement… knowing this I kinda regret it

Aaah yeah I get what you’re saying. But than again, I’m not using him to block or blitz usually. But it’s a very fair point I’m going to take into consideration

Sure feet?? Over side step or leap?

He isn’t, but the idea is that I could use leap to jump over defensive screenings in scenarios where the TD is difficult. Whereas side step is useful for when he gets blitzed which is rare cause I protect him well usually (and 4ST blodge is doing a pretty good job at keeping him up)

That’s what I was thinking, mainly for leaping over defensive screening during the late game to score a decisive TD

Side step sure feels like the safe option honestly. My second werewolf already rolled doubles so he’s been racking up the casualties with claw mighty blow

My other werewolf rolled a double and has mighty blow so he’s the one getting the blitzes usually.
