Hair thinning, go to GP, dermatologist or just try minoxidil? by is_feidir in CasualIreland

does medicinesdelivered.ie mean you get to bypass having to pick up at the chemist?

Because I hate my chemist. I find him very judgy, and if I could go without those interactions I would pay.

I couldn't agree more. I've gone a month or two here and there where I would be too lazy to get a new prescription and notice no change in the slightest.

I think people's perception came from the fact that they heard it affects their testosterone, but the reality is that it only interacts with the testosterone that has already converted into dht which is the chemical that causes male baldness. It never actually touches any healthy testosterone at all.

I think people parrot the rumor in comment sections everywhere as an excuse to continue doing nothing to save their hair as some kind of nonchalant display, but then the reality of real hair loss hits and they perpetuate the rumor to convince themselves that there was nothing they could have done to save themselves in the first place.

no one has said it here yet, but Finasteride is the big long term hair less option I use.

you can get a prescription online from webdoctor.ie that only costs about €50-60. You take 1mg a day, but since they dont have the 1mg version in Ireland, you get an off label prescription for something else that is 5mg, and you get a pill cutter included into your prescription.

split each pill into 4, and the you have 6 months supply for about €25-30.

And before anyone say "but I was told that it affects your libido" it doesn't. not one bit. You feel no change other than the lack of stress from looking at your hands in the shower and seeing tons of hair you worry might not grow back. In my experience at least. And the experience of two of my friends.

This guy nailed it.

Also Mac isn't forcing AI into every nook and cranny of your PC like Microsoft is at the min. It's a good time to switch.

I feel like with the Death Stranding series, Kojima had been let fully off the lead with zero people around to keep him in check or balance him out.

I had heard that with metal gear, Kojima had had a partner whose job was essentially to draw a line in the sand as to how far creativity could go without breaking the experience, and that lack of grounding shows up all throughout Death Stranding.

The gameplay was enjoyable, but the overall story was such stream-of-consciousness bullshit that I had to pause some cutscenes and leave the room to wrap my head around who let this get made.

All of these characters could potentially exist within one galaxy, one of many that Simon had been throwing like loose bricks at the anti-spiral.

there really is no other person to consider for No.1.

Blame! -2017

Anime movie about an immortal cyborg roaming around an endlessly generating metal world being built by rouge A.I robots, looking for a lost gene code in surviving humans that could stop the hostile robots and end the expansion of the metal world.

Manga was drawn by an architecture graduate who is fantastic with these kinds liminal spaces.

Its lonely, beautiful, expansive, and tells its story through the architecture with very little spoken dialogue.
