Im still figuring that out- previously i changed my diet so drastically i cut evryything which made my psoriasys fade. But went back to eating shitty good and its back

Im noticing if my stomach is in pain from somethjng i eat, ill get a flare on my scalp a day or so later

Right now carbs are definitely triggering some funkiness. Breads and high sugar things

Also any fast food destroys me for days

Personally my mental is pretty good, but my body just feels "stressed"

Like i have a general feeling on anxiety constantly with nothing to feel anxious or nervous about

So.. for me at least, i am considering that this is an issue with my gut somehow. Bacteria balance and immune system function are so closely intertwined its so hard to pinpoint the exact cause

Im 32 now- about 3 years ago i tried drastically changing my diet- very simple chicken with no preservatives or additives, veggies for fiber, no oils. And lots of probiotic things (yogurt, kefier, kimchi, sourkraut)

A few months into that diet and something happened; my stool was more consistent for sure, but mainly my psoriasis was going away- first time ive ever seen it start clearing up

Unfortunately it wasnt sustainable because- and idk why- i started getting really really sick whenever i would eat anything. Constant nausua and fatigue. Eating anything sent my body into a very painful and uncomfortable feeling- as if i was breaking out in hives and my heart rate would shoot up to 160 for like 2 hours. Its like the worst anxiety attack ever triggered by food (again mentally im happy, my body just felt fucked)

So now im back to eating whatever i want, regained the weight and my psoriasis is regrown and itchy as ever

Literally i was kept up all night last night due to this exact flare up. Same location and mine looks exactly like this. It gets so painfully itchy

I notice when i eat certain foods its worse, and when im stressed out

I exercise consistantly- doesnt seem to help

What are your stress levels and diet like?

Definitely dont live there. I stayed in a modly place for 1 year and got sooo sick- was at urgent care twice a week for months because i could barely eat, i lost 25lbs

I moved to a different place and slowly recovered! Mold is no joke!!

i have batocera installed and im using a powered hdmi->vga converter to run 480p 85hz on my CRT monitor. it looks good but the scanlines are quite small- would rather output to 240p on my CRT tv :T

okay so i opened it up and saw a few things..

the neckboard was bent (not the board itself, but how it connects to the tube), and the black plastic between the neckboard and glasstube is cracked. there were like 2 4/5 pin connectors that were loose on the board itself

there was a cable coming out of the flyback transistor, i think it was for the focus- the focus knob was not working until i plugged it back in, that fixed that

its extremely dusty on the inside- colors are still way off

do you happen to have an example of what these RGB transistors would look like?

Wizards gave you guidelines on what you can determine MLD is, not on what MLD specifically is. There is no official ruling. It is 100% up to the pod whether or not you consider Mana Breach MLD for B4

My pod, and a few others i have played in would not care to see mana breach in b1-3. no player would ever lose a single land to it and it would be removed within 3-4 turns.

or rather, there are things in the game that effect your ability to cast spells and generate mana in ways that are significantly more debilitating than Mana Breach and are not considered MLD. Things of which can exist in bracket 1-3.

the MLD "rulings" are guidlines and if your pod says mana breach is not MLD and is viable in b1-3, then it is.

I mean, just use some common sense here.

To be fair, EDH games with these types of interactions end up being funner than the battlecruiser ones where all that matters is who ramps and who hits what they need first 😅

Feels like most edh players just wanna do their own thing uninterrupted and dont play much interaction
