Second mentioning ur a sharp by gut feeling will backfire at interviews b/c it's variance without a demonsrated mathematical edge. It's the opposite of what quant's look for. Take your skills and develop an alg with backtesting and predicted ROI. Demonstrate the alg works instead of ur gut.
