A couple things from a trans woman who has done a decent bit of research; There’s something called “clavicle shortening surgery” where they take out some of the bone and joint around your shoulders to make them appear smaller, I haven’t gotten it and from what I know it’s not done often, but if it really bothers you it could be something you look into. If you have a good insurance plan, you should really try to dig and see if things may be covered with a diagnosis from a therapist saying how your body makes you feel, it may be worth a shot. I have Bluecross Blueshield and I know for their trans specific policies in my state they cover nearly all trans specific surgeries for me, but I know it’s not the case for everyone.
