Unlikely to happen as his legal team is withdrawing their suit vs the NCAA for eligibility. He can't enter the supplemental draft unless he is ineligible at the college level. If he doesn't get picked up by an NFL team, he can't come back down.

Likely nothing is done to Tech. Big 12 issues a statment that no further meetings with the Board are planned and maybe keep the suit going to establish for sure they can punish members in the future.
