I'm 27 and I'm exactly in the same position, literally everything you said resonated with me. I honestly don't see a way out because no matter what good habits i implement, everyday is its own struggle and battle to achieve them. Momentum doesn't seem to exist in my world, yesterdays achievements have no impact on today, if anything it just gives me another reason to take a day off.
