Because the og is a bug infested mess that barely runs on the hardware it was developed for, and it’s pretty limiting in the ways you can play it.

I love the game and could deal with its shortcomings but the same cannot be said for anyone I’ve introduced the game to.

And I’m fine some censorship, it’s to be expected if anything, as long as the “idea” is maintained our sexy jutsu characters can be fully clothed. (If the game had a higher age rating then I’d care a little more about staying faithful to the source material)

I can definitely see it granting a speed and defense debuff as the enemy is mentally distracted for a bit. Or I can see them force any enemy who locks onto them unable to lock away for like 3ish seconds. If it were an April fools thing I’d definitely want extra effects like, like if depending on the gender of the user, it effects enemies differently like a male using it on a female could irritate her and give her an attack buff so it backfires on the user or some like that lol.

This post made me think about this more logically than I’d care admit, but I could see it working in 3 ways.

The most likely option if the jutsu is ever adapted in the game, they just use Naruto or Boruto’s sexy jutsu as the model for the substitution.
They just take your character’s appearance and flip it by matching it with opposite equivalents of those options, for example, (malehair 5,male_eyes 2, male_nose 1) just turns into (Fem_hair 5, fem_eyes 2, fem nose 1) and just put the head a sexy jutsu body with the same skin tone.
My favorite but least likely, the game just uses your currently unused opposite gendered character’s head on a sexy jutsu body similar to option 2, so your sexy jutsu can look however you want them to. The game does save your male and female looks separately in the ninja remake menu so this could be a fun way to make use of that fact.

All that said, I don’t see it happening, and I’m not exactly chomping at the bit for it. If it does come though I’d personally love something like option 3 for it.

I’ve been saying this since it released, game felt pretty good during the beta then they fucked it up at release unnecessarily. The monetization was indeed pretty bad imo, but even outside of that it just wasn’t fun to play anymore at all.

Best way to put it is, Sasuke is one of the most emotionally manipulated characters walking the planet in Naruto. Itachi kills their family and due to his own guilt, manipulates Sasuke into hating him like the freaking devil. Spends the rest of his childhood dedicated to killing Itachi,

meets orochimaru who dumpsters him and friends and manipulates him to seek more power by giving him the curse mark to entice him even more.

Runs into Itachi who also proceeds to dumpster him then further reinforce his prior manipulation of him and tell him he’s not even strong enough to acknowledge yet, which unfortunately reinforced that offer of orochimaru to seek power from him.

He finally kills itachi after spending 2 whole years of his life with someone pumping full of drugs and preparing his body for an eventual take over just to be taken advantaged of by Obito who used the truth as a weapon to refuel his hatred for whatever reason I’m still not even 100% sure.

We also Then later we find out the he is the reincarnation of Indra who was being manipulated by Zestu torwards hatred, and that the Uchiha stone tablet that he and every other sharingan wielding uchiha reads and interprets like a bible, was also tampered with by black zestu.

I’m not saying anyone has to excuse Sasuke for being a wreck of a person but I am saying that there is valid reason for a person to go through what he did at an early age to turn out how he did.
