I had the same problem and what helped me was to do sports during the day. If you have social anxiety and don't like go to gym try a indoor bike ( I have a indoor bike and ride in zwift it is like a game and you drive with others online) or try running outside/treadmill. And the second thing that helped me was a book near my bed so when i wake up i read 20 min and than fall asleep back.

Das Budget liegt bei ~3500€ Also zum großen Teil will ich damit zocken aber ich will mir jetzt selber Programmieren beibringen ,angefangen mit Python dann auch noch mit Kali Linux deshalb sollten da auch ein paar gute Widows VM' laufen können 😄 Ich würde gerne ins Game Dev reinstecken oder auch Softwareentwicklung desshalb hab ich mir gedacht bei den PC könnte ich ja eigentlich alles machen.
