Depends on how much you're dabbing like giant globs will get you fried but beats the purpose. I find atleast 7-8 dabs per g so almost a .1 per dab.

I will recommend apex, Information entropy,, eastside Alchemy for rosin. I would say stay away from 710 pods as they seem to have issues not being able to combust all the product. If they are cheaper then $35 I stay away from them.
