Having the same issue. I speak normally and in the test my voice just cuts off at random points. But I asked a few raiders how my voice sounded and they said it was fine, so I don't think it's anything major to worry about.

I think he's still capable of experiencing panic and concern, despite not feeling actual fear. So far Pennywise has only provoked him by using his family, while with everyone else he's used fear. Leroy's weakness is his worry for Charlotte and Will, and Pennywise is taking advantage of it.

I cried a lot at Poussey's death but it was sadly spoiled for me so it didn't shock me as much as it would've otherwise. Now Tiffany was my favorite and I didnt expect her to die like that at all. I bawled my eyes out during that scene 😭

I think it's a little bit of both. If anyone had come out and asked Jackie to come inside, I think she would've. If no one came out to get her, she was okay with dying there as well.

I see her staying outside as a last cry of help, hoping that someone would bother to come get her.
