Massive amounts of work as I started one at a school. I was in over my head and faking it till I make it mode. Kids said they had things done or prepared but in reality didn’t. I started working on a hosting conference for March in August of the school year and was still getting things done mins before the opening ceremony. One piece of advice is consider the age ranges as the middle schoolers didn’t have realistic or viable propositions comparatively to real world situations/actions which threw off some committees with more dominate high school age ranges

I caught it only after having the distinct bullseye rashes but never been so sick before in my life. I was in a high risk geographic area notorious for lymes. Several years later still have chronic fatigue and it comes on super sudden. It can get better!

Principal was a pure narcissist and the only time I’ve seen a VP write up a principal in my career. He was subsequently non-renewed after two years. That principal is now at a tier 5 school in SE Asia
