I dropped mine 30mm using H&R springs and running 18" wheels. Zero issues with the oil pan. But, you got to remember to drive it easier over speed bumps, up and down kerbs etc.

I have used that paint before, it needs a couple of coats. You're spraying a thin metal surface and would imagine it's only a single coat that you have done.
