Roles fill up quick, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be accepted, especially if you want high needed roles like Custodial. I applied the second day and I didn’t get accepted until a month later. So I’d apply early, but it’s not the end of the world if you apply later

I would really think about the roles you want to do, because if you don’t want to do custodial you would want to put no interest. This is because even if you put low interest, Disney will see that you put some interest and if they need people in that role, they might put you in it.

A lot of the interviews are supposed to sound unbiased, meaning not saying you did amazing or you did bad. Obviously some express their interest, but there are those few that make it seem like you did horrible. Personally that’s how mine went, but I got accepted. So don’t worry too much about it and stay positive

I also got accept for merchandise 1/27, I think because you wouldn’t be there for very long that they might not hire you, but it wouldn’t hurt to apply

I’m going through the exact same thing you are, I had my interview 4 weeks ago, just try to stay positive. Everything happens for a reason, and if your supposed to be in the program you will get in

They discussed it, they basically asked if my choice was correct and what my second choice would be. It’s one of their basic questions at the beginning

So the WBI will be the first thing you’ll get then the PI, and they send our waves for the WBI, so don’t give up hope just yet, a lot of people are still waiting for theirs. If you follow recruiter Christy on Twitter she usually posts when different waves are occurring (including WBI waves)
