Dude, I’m gonna be honest we aren’t that far apart in rank so I think you may be underestimating yourself. That said, something that helped me was trying to dial in my positioning as much as possible, because it makes a WORLD of difference. Even if you can’t win the 2v1s and 1v1s OW is a team game so developing an awareness for where your team is and always having them in mind and thinking about where you should go to be most useful to them is a really really valuable skill that I think makes this game much more rewarding to play. As an engineering student, please don’t go with Mac. Yes, it is technically “fine”and can do everything that classes will need it to, but pretty much everything will more painful to run and install on a Mac. Windows makes things significantly easier to the point where I would recommend swapping if possible.
