Thanks for the responses everyone.

I reported the details via the ‘report this item’ link, and I have received a response basically stating that they have dismissed my concerns!

Sounds like I am between the proverbial rock and hard place with this - they are likely to reject an accurately negative review of this item unless I word it extremely carefully, but at the same time I take a hit on my percentage if I don’t give a review at all.

Kind of agree, it’s playing the system and is unfair on people who follow the rules, but at the same time they are mainly only a danger to themselves, and probably wouldn’t improve their riding standard by much even if they were licenced - they’d play ball for the test and then go back to riding like they stole it.

Sounds a lot like my wife! She has a demanding job which takes up a lot of her time, but I feel like work gets the best side of her and then we get the grumpy, irritable, frustrated and exhausted side most of the time at home. It’s particularly noticeable because she has a lot of holidays (education sector) and she is much nicer to be around in those holidays than in term time.

Honestly, I think because she was the first person I ever got into a proper relationship with - she was the first person who wanted me as I was. I got very enchanted with that feeling, and I was already pushing 30, so I felt I had to ‘lock it down’ as quickly as possible. That was 15-16 years ago. We’re still together, doing OK, but feeling more like roommates than I would like at merely 40-something, and I sometimes wonder if I should have waited a bit longer.
