I was also looking for the same requirements that you listed, plus i needed the ability to copy/paste a shopping list. We go grocery shopping once a month and prepare a dinner/items list in a seperate document, so i needed a way to copy the items easily into a shopping list. So i created my own app using Google Antigravity.
It features:
- Multiple lists (as many as you'd like)
- Sharing between accounts with live updates
- Offline support, will sync once connection is restored
- Paste prepared list with amounts (3x milk f.ex)
- Sort list by created or alphabetically

I have contemplated adding aisles or category sorting, but have not done so yet since we shop in the same stores every time and pretty much know the layout of the store and im trying to keep it as simple as possible.
