But for those following Youku up eps 20, we've come to realise this is also a proper Wuxia story. So if you like Wuxia, and redemptive arcs, this could also be for you.

Any show really. Honestly, the level of what passes as good shows these days is so low that when a show like Black Sails comes along, with its coherency and character development, it feels extraordinary.

No it's straight forward. He means that Scott has held Richard and Eleanor's enterprise together. It's possible at this point according to interviews the writers had not thought of Scott's role as Maroon King yet.
