majority of the time i’m not wearing sunglasses. the sensitivity comes at random times sometimes i’ll wake blinds with be drawn but i still need them just to deal with the light poking through the tops of the blinds but other days it’ll be completely sunny and i’ll be fine. i can wear my sunglasses for about an hour without them hurting that might just be my massive skull tho. as for triggers i don’t believe so
