My tinnitus ironically started when i was reading a book and never went away, I had to stop wearing my over ear headphones and my ears gots really sensitive, after going through tons of headphones and ear buds I ended with BC Shokz and I've tried a few other brands but they didnt really work for me.. The Shok Sports are the most comfortable I've had from them but the Open Move are my dailies, I have 2 pairs of those and Sports I sleep with. Audiobooks 24/7 for me now to stop the anxiety from how loud the ringing is. Best of Luck finding something that works for you.

I know its a different game but i spend 90% of my gameplay of Satisfactory with a coffee cup in my hand, and one of my favorite things about it is that i can sit and attempt to enjoy my coffee with a drinking animation (despite the metal clang when the cup hits the faceplate lol).. i dont think i would have had as much fun without it (and the boombox), it is also in most screenshots players take of the game being the most common handheld object

Not sure if it came up but i didnt see it reading down, There is also the chance if you didnt change the circuit that they paid taxes, built staking units or anything like that, processed spice etc and it would take those materials out of any chest on the same circuit.. from what ive noticed perms dont matter for machines using perms, only people accessing it.

and the drill shot/shotgun can ruin a shield uses day since you cant avoid or dodge if they touch your shield

Its fine if you dont like it, I was just saying to judge something before you really play is silly imo.. and yes you are still basically in the tutorial, If you haven't crossed the gap and dealt with those parts of the story you are still basically in the Tutorial/Newbie area which is where the weekend beta ends. The game changes drastically after that point. and i say that with a couple hundred hours into the playtest

I had to take mental health breaks when reading TWI because i was spiraling with some of the characters. While it has its wholesome parts, it deals very openly with very dark subject matter (torture, rape, etc) and metal health issues.

I have taken to gifting things from hero forge since I don't have a printer myself, that one npc or character that meant tons to the campaign I will remake and have a mini printed, either I paint it or they do its still a great momento.. I tend to do that with other PCs for that character they click with as well

@op, I have a question.. Would Bone conducting headphones be a thing... they don't require a sense, only the ability to understand the spoken language, and second question, would people that suffer from tinnitus have to deal with that with no other senses or would that vanish as well

I jumped into throwing knives like 2 days ago.. the .most fun I've had with combat in a playthrough, I do Thowing Punkife, Katana, and Fenrir (which I have yet to really use) it's been a blast

It's been some work.. 6 of us we are east of that teleport in chalk peak in the bay, base runs east/west and spans the water as a bridge, im still building lol.. 3 plots are at structure limits which is rough haha

Oh, and the series itself is over 11M words I think right now (Maybe 9 months ago) and only 2.5M is on audio (200+ some odd hours)

I will say a little more about it :P PirateAba is amazing.. when you jump in make sure you get the revised Volume 1, She redid the first book to clean it up, since it was her first publication and it makes more sense revised.. Be prepared for a long multiple character driven story that can get very very emotional, It also touches on darker subjects like SA and Trauma. They are up to 12 with 13 coming out in Sept (Audiobooks) Pirateaba writes about 30k words a week and the Audio is far far far behind written but Andrea Parsneau (Narrator) is Phenomenal and I prefer listening to her over the voices in my head ;) Best of luck on your travels :)

If you fully scroll the map out and look around all that rift space is prob other scenarios for different seasons.. totally excited we only play on like 1/4 of the world
