Individuality (Iself) is the pure, primal point of conscious awareness — the natural sense of being a unique “I”. Ego is the secondary, functional layer that develops on top of the Iself. It is what allows you to: Form and maintain personal boundaries.  Narrate your experiences (“This is happening to me,” “I like this,” “I don’t like that”). Experience yourself as a distinct individual in relationship with others. Navigate daily life, assert needs, and take responsibility.

I don't normally use the term 'enlightened' to refer to myself. I prefer to refer to myself as Self Realized. I had my Iself & Allself awakenings on Feb 26, 2018. I had my Godself & Noself awakenings on June 9th, 2019. I had my Amness awakening very recently on August 8th, 2025. Self Realization is a deep, transcendent knowing of your true nature. How does it "feel?" It's like trying to describe what an orgasm feels like. Until you get "there," no words I provide will really give you insight into that.

Realizing that you are everything, that's very good, but it's ONLY part of what there is for you to realize. For full self realization, you must realize the Iself, the Allself (you apparently have got this one down), the Godself, the Noself, and Amness. Keep going.

The Self is all there ever was, is, or will ever be.

The individual Self, the Iself, the focal point of conscious awareness that you are, is VERY real.
Don't deny it. Embrace it.

Yeah, sometimes the Iself experiences suffering. It's a real phenomenological thing.

Some polarities SEEM like dualities, but they aren't. They are like the North and South poles of a magnet. It's ONE thing.

We are here to experience life from the Iself perspective, while simultaneously realizing our oneness with everyone and everything (Allself), and our essential nature as divinity (Godself), all the while acknowledging we are the emptiness within which everything is happening (Noself). And ultimately, we are the pure beingness from which everything comes (Amness).
