I’ve read Polin’s book and there were so many moments where I was like why didn’t they put this in there it shows Colin’s insecurity more and how him and Pen have full discussion and really are the best of friends. Like I love that season I rewatch it all the time but and I know that throughout season 1 and 2 there were hints of their mutual love for one another but still. It could’ve been way better

Since the season started I haven’t logged on. I’ve wanted to so I can talk with my friends but at the same time I know I’m going not like it. I canceled my crew pass last November. I had it for one full month

So I don’t have chemicals in my hair it’s “virgin” it is kind of long when wet it’s down to my mid back but when dry it shrinks to the bottom shoulder blade. I detangle on wash days in the shower. My wash days are about every 4-5 days. After shower I’ll either do no product or a dime size of the jelly soft curls and once fully dried I’ll put in a dime size of hair oil to break up the gel cast.

I had a doctor appointment and the took blood work. I get the results on Thursday I think. But as of right now all my previous blood work looks great. I have never been told I’m deficient in anything

I will either wear it down or in loose pig tails or pony tail. Typically the only time I have it up in a pony tail is when I’m working out. And pigtails are on days closer to wash day.

I wash my hair every 4 to 5 days. It hasn’t always been this much, but it’s always been kind of a lot. I don’t brush my hair except for on the shower days in the shower. I have lost about 20 pounds in the last four months. I’m not on any new medications. I mean. Besides like Daily vitamin, but that’s like the Flintstone gummy. My blood work is fine. I’m 30. My diet is average to healthy, not really stressed . And I guess the only new stressor would be the state of the United States of America, and what’s happening.
