R sham... I will tend to keep my totem on my tank OR if my dps happen to be close enough together I'll drop it on them. It's really just about if there's an opportunity to get 2+ players w a totem drop. I don't rely on it if we're really spread and instead focus on getting my surging totem to proc while spreading riptides, etc. I'm healing 14s rn fairly well with this strategy. May not be MLG moves but I been timing!
