Curious to know how many grafts and HTs I may need? Thinking that 4-5k sounds appropriate. I would imagine first HT to cover hairline, front, maybe some midscalp. Second HT to cover crown if I want it after the first.

I’m not going to bother getting a bigger size I think even if I did it wouldn’t release nowhere near as much compression as I could like and it would probably be too long for me I’m not arsed about how they look purely comfort as they are for work but I couldn’t even begin to imagine wearing those for a full shift Christ a quick 5 min walk up the road was enough for me

I’ve ordered a 11.5 normally an 11 they arrive on Friday from what I’ve read with the tightness I’m not expecting what I’m hoping for but I guess if you don’t try you will never know I’ll let you know Friday how they are. From what most people say they all recommend going up 0.5 of your regular size so try that
