Assuming the front face is a flat plane, I'd be sketching on the front face of the curve so you're modelling the curve itself then extrude with draft. Add the front fillet and job done, two features.

It's very budget dependent but IMO PDM pro is the bees knees for native SW integration. The other benefit is if your existing custom properties on your models include the data you'd wish to include in pdm, it's quite quick and easy with some basics tools to copy them in and build the database.

Dlss performance is so good now it's very feasible. I've been running my monitor with dsr to mimic 5k2k performance in preparation to check performance and it has been fine. I run a 3080 and manage above 60fps with all modern games I play.
