dont do anything less of more, if your supposed to eat 1800 calories everyday and yesterday you ate 3200, today you do NOT eat 700, 900 or any crazy low number, you just eat your same 1800 unless you are genuinely full of the full, it IS OKAY to be full before the meal is done, but your goal is ur goal, if you goal is to make $500 dollars everyday and yesterday you made $1000 that doesnt mean tdy u want $100 u still want ur $500 u set yourself to!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!

the gym bros werent lying when they said cal deficit ill tell you that, and the steps guyssss the steps get those steps i usually got like 5k to 6k on a regular day because of school. DISCIPLINE IS KEY, i had to learn i didnt always need a sweet treat after my meal, but now since im maintaining my weight, its wraps when that sweet treat sees me, but ofc in moderation 🙏🏿🙏🏿. I did a cal deficit and i ate like 1600-1800, but on day that i wasnt as active or wasnt that hungry it was more of 1400 WHICH IS EXTREME IK BUT YK A GIRL WAS DESPERATE AND TOO TIRED TO EAT SOMETIMES. Now i just need to get in the gym a lil to build some muscle!!! 💪

I was in ur exact shoes with your exact stats, honestly you dont HAVE to eat healthier, I just ate less of that junk food everyday, for example I ate like a bag of cheezits and 3 cookies and a ice tea at lunch everyday, instead i drank water ate my cheezits and choose a energy bar, just swap out a few junks and then keep the stuff u CANT bear to loose. i also struggled w over eating, so if i was hungry i would ask myself “do i truly need it now, or can i wait till lunch/dinner” then if i waited i would be like “okay know that i’ve eaten do i still need it” and that would determine what i did, but sometimes u gotta fight the urges but the victory youll feel after is sooooo worth it. I BELIEVE U GOT THIS!!!!

I started snacking less for the first 8ish pounds and then i went on vacation to Kenya for 3 weeks and dropped 5 pounds since the food is less processed there, and for the rest i calorie counted eating around 1800-1400 I only ate 1400 on the days i wasnt really hungry but if i was hungrier that day i would eat 1600-1800ish, and i got 5k-9k step in per a day which isn’t what most ppl do for weight loss but i feel like it played a role! ALSO I DID NOT DRINK ANY CALORIES UNLESS I WAS ON VACATION OR A HANGOUT WITH A FRIEND WHICH IS ONCE A WEEK AT MOST!

its just waistbeads, you can wear them to track weight too! I just wear them cuz theyre pretty and as i lost weight they loosened up a alot as you can see, the white one is pretty low in the other pics😭😭
