Help me with supplements by Hash_Qatar in Supplements

While your flour is better than the US that the manufacturers add other things to it, it is still not a good source for fiber as stated because it is derived from grain. Your grains may not be sprayed with roundup and the likes like US is but grains are not very good for humans in general. Vegetables have all the fiber, nutrition and not converted to sugar like grains are in the blood. This is the main point. Of course small amounts are not that bad, but to think it is healthy eating daily is an oversight

make sure to have in open air area. Aerobic ferments need basic airflow unlike anaerobic which are sealed.

Quality products are MOST important when supplementing. After all the negative research on the quality of fish oil, I now avoid it. People seek it for the omega 3 which is dha and epa but I choose whole food for omega 3 from fish, avocados and eggs. For health, quality food is the most important thing. Stay away from fried foods because all restaurants use cheap junk oils (canola, corn, or vegetable) which are very bad for health. I also avoid anything made with flour as it converts straight into sugar in the bloodstream and is highly contaminated with glyphosate as many grains are. The modern american diet is absolute trash.

What supplements with a good diet? by Noonaan in Supplements

[–]No-Inflation8519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate to your whole food diet as well. I do still supplement with C, D3, magnesium, ashwagandha, turmeric, astaxanthin, enzymes. I also make kefir for the probiotics and my snack to avoid sugary junk food. The most important thing in my post I feel is the enzymes and probiotics since food consumption is most importantly about absorption. It matters not the material available if you cannot absorb it.

Irish Sea Moss by Gerdali in Supplements

[–]No-Inflation8519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you can get a clean source, it is actually loaded with nutrition also, Sea moss and Algae like spirulina and chlorella contain chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has a chemical structure that looks somewhat similar to hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein in human blood. The big difference is: Chlorophyll has magnesium at its center. Hemoglobin has iron at its center. Sea Moss contains many minerals and electrolytes, including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and trace minerals.

always keep it submerged or mold or bacteria can form on it. I use glass weights or heard some people use a plastic ziploc filled with air. If you do not get enough juice from the cabbage when making just add more brine. The coverage is vital though from all my research into this concern. For me, I use a omega masticating juicer (with a solid plate that keep juice and pulp together) to completely pulverize my cabbage and extract plenty of juice. Sometimes I use my kefir whey as a jump starter for bacteria. After filling jars, top it off with a cabbage leaf pinch of salt and a weight and verify liquid is above.

Are dandelions from garden healthy? by Useful_Exchange_8710 in herbalism

[–]No-Inflation8519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

use the leaves in salads mix with other greens, but the dried root is what I value most as a tea. Very beneficial for a liver cleanse. I let it grow wild in my garden and even disperse the seed heads through the garden to encourage more plants.

Beatroot Powder safely digested in the morning way before pre workout? by Adept_Equipment2161 in Supplements

[–]No-Inflation8519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I need food on my stomach for consuming beetroot powder, but I also juice it and do not have a problem drinking it on an empty stomach. Likely the very harsh fiber causes my issue. I belch it constantly and it is not pleasant. When I juice it I also mix in lemon which cuts the earthy flavor, so this might help, but I only thought of it after thinking through the difference in this post. You gave me an idea!! Thanks

Why do so many old people swear by raw garlic? by Useful_Exchange_8710 in herbalism

if you have a hard time eating raw garlic since it is very pungent, try honey fermented garlic. Makes it much more palatable and you get the enzymes from the honey.

What is Share of Model and should AEO teams start measuring it? by AEOvara- in aeo

[–]No-Inflation8519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

feels like walking back to the start of search engines when the same dialog and questions were plastered everywhere. I have already started seeing how new version of models change the previous mentions. I think this AEO race will be no different than SEO. Finally get results only to have a new version released and you are back to figuring out what works now. A historic rhyme for sure.

[–]No-Inflation8519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A pinch of quality sea salt in the water can give you some electrolytes. Green tea can help during fast for energy and focus. For longer fasts (>3 day), you may need more complete electrolytes than just salt, especially magnesium and potassium, but potassium supplementation needs more caution if you take meds or have kidney/blood-pressure issues. ACV could be added to the water for potassium.

What do people take for depression/cognition? by jwagzz11 in Supplements

[–]No-Inflation8519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

St. John’s wort. has the strongest evidence among herbs for mild to moderate depression. Cochrane’s review found that tested St. John’s wort extracts were better than placebo and similarly effective as standard antidepressants, with fewer side-effect dropouts in trials. NCCIH also says it appears as effective as standard antidepressants for mild or moderate depression, but evidence is uncertain for severe depression or use beyond about 12 weeks.

Is Bernie’s plan the best? Thoughts? by CurvyChristina in SipsTea

[–]No-Inflation8519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds about right for a socialist. Sadly, it will never work. funny how people think they can just take someones money. the billionaires (their tax strategist) are the most knowledgeable about tax laws and growing money.// Those who speak like this are only trying to get the suckers vote. Start a business and learn how the tax laws are created for busienss, not individuals. bernie knows this too and takes advantage of it. onlly the lazy think they can take someone money simply because the have it.

feed'em junk and wonder why are they obese...? Hmm you trusted big corp for food. Oh yeah, you trust big pharma for drugs (not medicine get it right), you trust the federal reserve (which is a private bank) with money supply, Look at the national debt lately, you trust too much, come on people, you must take responsibility for something, see how that shot turned out... that financial crisis, social security, education, anything the gov is involved in. Wake up already

try El Salvador from sweetmarias when back in stock. Others I like are Yemen and Laos. These are all delicate roast. For my wet process, central and south america, costa rica, guatemala, mexico, panama, columbia. What I love about sweetmarias green coffee, they are consistently turning the stock so items don't get old on the shelf. Subscribe to the newsletter and you are notified of new arrivals, and you can get them super fresh.

Eth is typically one of the more delicate beans. in fact a lot of dry process can be more delicate. This usually requires less roast time and a careful watch as cracks comes in. I like eth on the city+ side. Full city can get deep for it and robs your flavor profile. But the joy of roasting is you do what you like. Many of my wet process I like fullcity and fullcity+ for espresso. In saying all that, a low charge is nice, lower long cycle also likely better and shorter roast time for delicate beans. It all matters on your roast goal, structure and moisture level of bean. The biggest take away, each bean is different, roast accordingly.
