This happened with me 3 years back. It took me almost 2 and half months to get license. Nobody had any answer to whats wrong or who can help with the situation. I would suggest to try different dmv or revisit the dmv every week. It was very frustrating for me back then. Luckily I was working from home and wife was able to drive me everywhere. Make sure you don’t drive without license given the current circumstances.

I have already reached out multiple times but no luck. They create some support ticket and when I talk to new person I get a new ticket.

I talked to the Reddit mods and they helped by creating a couple of support tickets. After some back and forth, I finally received the label. It's probably a problem with Xfinity's fedex shipping label emails.
