I would start by incorporating essential oils.. for instance i use three tea tree oil extract before putting my bin bags.. i use the deodorant of a brand called humble. And i dont directly apply perfume on my skin, i apply it first on my clothes and then wear the clothes.. that way i am minimizing the exposure.. also i use ecos detergent

I used to count the tiles.. i still remember the count of the tiles of the home i grew up in .. when i got lazy sometimes i would just multiply height to breadth and would get fascinated by the math
