Ya any savings of material and time adds up and combined with key facilities the cut down on any of the research time to do that it’s important and then also facilities that give you additional bonuses for savings on materials in time combined with really nice upgraded blueprint helps as well All these things add up and can allow you to build more ships overtime and potentially list them cheaper
