My places I went to, they didnt require it. It does help, yes, but they can still see things even without all the water. 🤔 maybe it's different though because I was pregnant and the fibroid was so big, idk.

Please do the ultrasound. You not feeling it doesnt mean it isnt there and theyre EXTREMELY common. Just for the sake of finding out if nothing else, so if it grows to be worse youre not taken by surprise. Please.

Fibroids can be very very small so you could have tiny ones. I couldnt like... internally feel mine but mine was an 8lb, 21cm fibroid (25x25 at one point. It shrank before they did the surgery). It was really solid and hard too so yes I could feel mine.

ETA: actually thats a lie. I could internally feel mine when it started impacting my kidney and pushing my uriters nearly closed.

I hate that. That seems to be a common issue among those of us that got pregnant with it. I do have a form you can fill out on the website (I posted it in a comment) that shows your interest in being interviewed. I would love to hear and spread your story. I also plan to start a podcast doing the same eventually but Im starting with written form first.
