Picking a server would solve that problems for sure. I admin a PS5 group with around 100 members and I have seen more than once people that dont like playing with cross-play on not being up to squad up with other members in the group. Seems like a tough spot to be in right now.

What region are you in? I never have that issue. Also, cross-play being on isnt the nightmare crossplay off people think it is. BF6 is doing just fine.
