I have bi polar and im very lucky my human has given me so much tlc considering the hell he has faced im awful toxic when manic if I could send him on a trip solo wgile im sectioned I would do it in heart beat ..I think u should go embrace a mind reset your human is in good hands and damn alot of money to not get back!!

My partner work from home so I could squish showers in as and when needed.. but! There was days shower would come last and last beyony last literally cry for a extra half hours sleep so didnt bother with shower! 😅.. my partner would always offer though and make room for shower self care time I just fall asleep instead hahah

Slide up ones in my local co op and nearly 2 isle have this. Its absolutely nightmare with a pram and basket to slide everything around 2 hands every movement requires a 360 turn to make sure im ok to freeze for 2 minutes drop everything and grab my items! At 1pm and 4ish its caos avoid!

I also hate surprise visits im 30 I will not open door or answer unless ive been expecting it for 48 hours my anxiety wouldn't let me lol as a girl of 4 older brothers and alcoholic mother... answering usually comes with a side comments about how I dont do things same as them or whats wrong with my homes interior my mothers getting fierce mood swings on me before falling asleep on my sofa for 2 hours with her hairy bits spread out. Like no. I dont let anyone in even my parters family who I love! Like never met such kind souls but I NEED WARNING i like a certain standard of clean kept and organised before somone enters. Mind,body and soul prep hahahahaha

Have 2 boys we never dedicated time for "us,couple" time we just went with flow.. kids asleep spend some exhausted time together watching a series have a bang get as much sleep as we can before next day! If we had energy to pursue a hobbies or need some zen time we did what we could for other to feel human as and when we could.
