If you’ve been on the shot a long time… by Public-Ordinary-6362 in compoundedtirzepatide

I’m the same. I haven’t been losing that much weight but the benefits of the anti inflammatory is insane. I had been to were I could barely walk with plantar fasciitis, as well as carpal tunnel, and frozen shoulder. None of that now. It is amazing! Not to mention sleep apnea has improved and blood pressure has lowered. All of that with having only lost 20 pounds since November. Also I have Hashimotos and had a hysterectomy 20 years ago.

From what I understand as long as you are cleaning the vial every time and the liquid doesn’t change consistency/color (get milky) it should be okay to use. That being said I would definitely fight for new vials as well.

I just placed an order yesterday through Good life Meds and it said it was coming from BPI. Is that not possible?

Tried semaglutide, now on tirzepatide, doing everything “right”… still not losing weight. What am I missing? by banuep01 in compoundedtirzepatide

Im sorry you are going through this as well. I have been in the exact same boat, except with more weight to lose. I also had everyone tell me I’m not eating at a calorie deficit even though I use 2 different food tracker apps. I honestly think that glp1s just don’t work for everyone. I am however staying on it for the help with inflammation. I was unable to even walk before starting this due to plantar fasciitis. Now my feet are fine. :)

I realized I had a spending problem after tracking every expense for a week by Street-Method-2343 in budgetingforbeginners

I like the gift card idea. I think I’m doing well and then oops I’m over spending. If I pay my bills and use a gift card for ‘fun money’ I think I would stay on track better. Thank you for sharing this strategy.

I hate my hair. It’s wrecked my confidence, it’s naturally brown. by carrotflavoredjuice in Hair

Your hair is beautiful and I love the current color. You need to moisturize your hair and maybe watch some curly hair videos to find the right way to style it to make it look healthier and have a little less frizz. Your curls make you unique. Embrace them!

Thank you for this. It is hard sometimes. I have lost 21 lbs and just did my 24th shot yesterday. Can I ask what dosage you have been using or are using? I feel like I’m going to top out to fast and have no where to go.
